They are specialized into HIPAA compliant Medical Coding and Medical Billing services providing end-to-end business process outsourcing services to their customers. They had their application stack setup on Azure and in a physical data centre. The challenge was managing the infrastructure in two different locations apart from security and performance. Anjana Cloud Services migrated their application components from Azure and Data Centre to AWS and resolved the issues related to performance, security, cost and infrastructure management overhead.

Talluri Technologies is a US based leading services and solutions Development Company for the customers in the healthcare domain. They are specialized into HIPAA compliant Medical Coding and Medical Billing services providing end-to-end business process outsourcing services to their customers. Their expertise also lies into managing the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Their flagship product “Medisoft” provides feature rich solutions enabling their customers access the billing and coding services almost instantly from anywhere and at any time. “
The Challenge
The client had their infrastructure setup in Azure and on-premises. The challenge was managing the infrastructure at 2 different locations and higher costs of hosting the applications and also need in meeting the expectations of the customers in terms of delivering the stable and sustainable service through scalable, secured and reliable infrastructure solution apart from cost-optimization, security and Time to Live (TTL) Management was another important factor that the customer wanted to achieve, as the application will be accessed by the end users across the globe for which end users needs to get access to the application with minimal latency in network across the globe. The customer is facing security challenges due to increasing cyber threats, including DDoS attacks, SQL injection attempts, and malicious bots. Security and scaling were another concern which the client wanted to resolve apart from improving the performance of the application access to their end users.
The Solution
Anjana Cloud Services performed a thorough assessment of the customer’s hybrid infrastructure and implemented a seamless migration to AWS, adhering to best practices for modernizing Windows workloads. The solution involved lifting and shifting Windows Server instances using AWS Server Migration Service (SMS), including domain controllers and file services. Microsoft SQL Server databases were migrated with minimal downtime via AWS Database Migration Service (DMS). Active Directory was modernized by integrating with AWS Managed Microsoft AD, enhancing scalability and reducing manual intervention. For secure and efficient global content delivery, Amazon CloudFront was deployed alongside AWS WAF. High availability was ensured through deployment across multiple Availability Zones with Elastic Load Balancing (ALB) and Auto Scaling. Security and governance were addressed using AWS Config, IAM, Security Groups, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch. Amazon EC2 and RDS were utilized for compute and database needs, while S3 provided scalable storage. AWS Systems Manager was used for patching and session management, streamlining operations. The architecture now supports scalable, secure, and compliant infrastructure aligned with the customer's business growth.
